Not achieving things edit
I have removed this several times now as unreferenced and pointless saying what this person has not done.
Mardle has never been World Champion, neither in the BDO nor in the PDC.

- @Keith D: Unless there were extraordinary circumstances (and multiple instances) which somehow prevented him from winning the title, there is no real reason why this should be included. Not a 'notable' fact. It is clear to anyone who reads the article that he has reached the semi-final but not progressed further. Cheers. Eagleash (talk) 21:37, 26 July 2019 (UTC)
- Comment – the editor currently trying to add this has a history of wanting to insert negative unsourced stuff about Mardle. It's all there in the edit history going back years and this is just the latest manifestation. It is abundantly clear in the article how far he's got, so trying to add what he didn't win is ludicrous. There is not enough room to list what he has not done and we don't normally construct articles by saying what their subjects are not. At the moment I do not feel that the editor concerned is a net benefit to Wikipedia with this disruptive and timewasting behaviour, but I am sure that they would be great with their attention and energy focused on something positive.
