Image:WOAY-TV NEW LOGO.PNG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

What channel is it? edit
The article currently states that the station "opted not to use PSIP to remap its digital signal to channel 4, choosing instead to show it as its physical digital channel." This claim is uncited. If true, does anyone know why it would not use its historic analog channel as its virtual channel? Is it permissible to do so without some sort of FCC waiver? Additionally, the FCC database shows a virtual channel of 4, not 50, for this station.
What is the point of branding as 50, rather than 4?
The article for WLIO in Lima, Ohio claims that its digital channel, 8, is also its virtual channel, instead of its historic analog channel, 35. The FCC database disagrees, saying its virtual channel is 35.
The only other station articles I've found that claim to do this are all owned by Sainte Partners II, L.P. — KVIQ in Eureka, California, brands using its digital channel, 17, rather than its historic analog and current virtual channel, 6. KCVU in Chico, California brands using digital 20, not historic and FCC 30. KCVU's semi-satellite, KBVU in Eureka, brands using digital 28, not historic and FCC 29. --Chaswmsday (talk) 13:35, 27 August 2012 (UTC)

This station can't even be bothered to write their own goddamn history!
