Cruz defeated Jorgensen via unanimous decision (50-44, 50-45, 50-45) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Castroman101 (talkcontribs) 04:26, 17 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm pretty certain that WEC 54 will not be the Phoenix card. WEC 52 is expected to take place on November 7 and it is highly unlikely that they would host another event in the six weeks between that event and the Phoenix event on December 16. They have never put on three events in a six weeks span.Ppt1973 (talk)

I know that mmajunkie has had the dates from WEC 50 - WEC 54 sourced from August to December and the September and October dates were clearly incorrect.Ppt1973 (talk)

Look at today's source. The news article that came out today. It says 54. Clearly they still have the December card as 54 and as that's the only source we have, we should follow that rather than violating WP:CRYSTAL. We can't just go on guesswork. Fair enough. We will see. 12:16, 19 August 2010 (UTC)

As I've written at Talk:WEC 54, I think you're right, but WP:CRYSTAL and sourced info. Paralympiakos (talk) 12:16, 19 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

People making bad edits edit

So, I don't know why but someone keeps changing around the card and putting people on the prelims that shouldn't be there. They keep putting the Varner fight and Shalorus fight both on prelims when they are both on the maincard. Falcons8455 (talk) 20:27, 13 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

- I believe people are editing it because the WEC keeps changing it. Last week, for example, the WEC website said that SpikeTV was airing the majority of the under card with Versus only showing the last three fights. As it stands currently, the WEC website is only guaranteeing that the final three fights will be televised. I would guess that something is going on behind the scenes with the television scheduling. When it is said and done, you will probably be right. The Main Card will probably feature five bouts, although with two title fights there may only be four. During the live broadcast of WEC 52, they also indicated that Palaszewski/Shalorus would be on the Main Card. As of now, wec.tv only lists the first three as guaranteed for the live broadcast. We can only go by what is sourced. (Ppt1973 (talk) 13:37, 19 November 2010 (UTC))Reply
