Move the short description to the top of the article.
Add WP:ALT text to the infobox's image.
"northwest Indiana" → "Northwest Indiana" (every time)
"was in need of" → "needed" or "required" (less wordy)
Add a MOS:GEOCOMMA after "Park Forest, Illinois".
