Fantasy portrait edit

No scholarly works (biographies, reference works, etc) use this obscure modern fresco to depict Vukan. Per MOS:LEADIMAGE, images should be "type of image used for similar purposes in high-quality reference works". This is not it. Surtsicna (talk) 21:18, 22 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not erase that much, Why dont we discuss it here first and then edit it, there are people here who know the subject well and can give you an answer. User:Theonewithreason (talk) 22. November 2020 (UTC)
I am asking you why you insist on using an image that is not found in scholarly biographies or high-quality reference works. Surtsicna (talk) 21:33, 22 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Who says that? Why dont you check first with other editors and/or Wikipedia Fringe or reliable notice board before you remove it? User:Theonewithreason (talk) 22. November 2020 (UTC)
Wikipedia editors make edits boldly. Other editors are expected to revert those edits only if they can offer counter-arguments. If you cannot disprove an editor's arguments, you should not be reverting. Surtsicna (talk) 21:51, 22 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
Okay as far as I can see this picture comes from Fresco in the Prilužje church, Vučitrn it is digitise version, usually when editors are so bold with their erasing they also start a discussion on TP and give a valid explanation why, posting this as a fantasy portrait is not that, but hey if other editors agree with you on this one then go ahead. Just give them a chance. User:Theonewithreason (talk) 22. November 2020 (UTC)
Of course they have a chance. Everyone is welcome to cite a scholarly source that makes use of this fantasy portrait. Util then, it's best out, right?
