Vroom, I tried to purchase a car from your company starting the 21 of last month. I was paying cash for it. They don't seem to know how to deal with a Cashier's check. I always had to speak with a different person

 This should have been an easy sale. I was told to mail the Cashier's check to New York even with vroom name on it and your account number. After everything I did to purchase this vehicle they conventionally put it back on the market late Frriday afternoon. I called got in touch with a Laura Sanchez she assured me she was going to handle it but such insisted I send her a picture of my SS card also called my bank to find out if I had enough money to purchase this vehicle which they confirmed but the money was in the Cashier's  check made out to your company. Also told me she would be there all weekend but I could never get in touch with her. This was a present for my grandaughter which you destroyed.  Now since she got the most vital information  to committ fraud on me I have got to go through a long process in protecting myself.But is just this one person that has access to this vital information or is open to anyone that I spoke to since notes are kept and I always had to speak to a different person.  I need all persons names whom I spoke to and the information you have destroyed.  I am contacting all necessary authorities so your help in this matter is of great importance.
