Russian usage edit
Davilla states that a small number or Voisin L’s were built in Russia. It is seems highly probably to me that these were used by the Imperial Russian Air Service (or possibly the Navy?) however none of the sources I have access to state this. I have not included the Imperial Russian Air Service as an operator. If any of our contributors has a source then please share details.
