That's the way ENGLISH CAPS appear in Japanese text, yes. But you need an English source for each album lede you add (stylized as CAPITALS), for example, Mark Schilling The Encyclopedia of Japanese pop culture 1997 0834803801 does not CAPITALIZE album titles.
