Virginia Society for Human Life edit

Removed PROD from this article. I'm not at all sure that it's a valid article, but it's very obviously not an uncontroversial deletion, so you will need to take it to AfD. Tigerboy1966  19:58, 1 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Why is The Oldest Right to Life Organization Not Historically Significant edit

This article is significant due to it being the oldest right to life article. It was redirected in July 2013 by an editor and then restored in September and then promptly nominated for deletion by the same editor who deleted all the material and redirected the article in July. More comments needed here.

Please remember history should not be subject to agendas. This harms the credibility of Wikipedia.

VSHL could be contacted to have more info added about why they are historic in the Right to Life Movement.

Added many sourced activities by credible non primary sources. That shows notability. Cheers!!! 208.54.40.177 (talk) 11:24, 9 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

This article is a hot mess edit

I needed to link another article to this one, so I figured I'd check it out and see if it was doing. (if you're wondering, it was Seton School (Manassas, Virginia) because I was referencing the oratory contest the VHSL holds every year and wanted to link to this page). After quickly glancing through it, I realized that this article from an organizational perspective (as in organizing by Wiki editors, not the VHSL's) is a hot mess. It briefly mentions at the top that the VHSL is anti-abortion, then jumps into an "activities" section, which feels to me like it's stolen from a bullet list on their website, then their mission statement, then other stuff. The information itself looks fine (though it needs citations), but it looks like this article has been canibalized by edit wars with unknown IP's and who knows what else. This is a shame since the subject itself is note worthy as the first anti-abortion group in America. I'll try and help out with this article, but right now it's not at the top of my priority list. Anybody else jumping in and helping would be great! Luthien22 (talk) 19:56, 6 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
