Samadhi of Mystery edit

What is the meaning of the term "Samadhi of Mystery?" And why is "Mystery" capitalized? I've never heard this term used in connection with...well..anything. This to me seems like a rhetorical flourish best avoided. But maybe it is a specific terminology I am not aware of? A google search reveals nothing... -September 2007‎ Pahool

I would include the other purposes that Vinyasa yoga serves, such as treatment for depression. Vinyasa yoga is an alternative form of treatment for individuals struggling with depression. Although anti-depressants are prescribed to clinically depressed individuals, they do not always work on patients. Apart from the physical exercises, breathing techniques are a crucial component to vinyasa. In vinyasa, an individual is instructed to focus on a specific breathing pattern. This is beneficial for depressed individuals because it distracts them from contemplating negative thoughts. In addition, the physical activity promotes endorphins that make a person feel good after they work out.[1] Rodam0892 (talk) 00:25, 4 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
