Ho Chi Minh City is the lagest city of Vietnam? edit
When I read again the Statistical Yearbook 2020 by General Statistics Office, Ministry of Planning and Investment published in 2021, I was startled to see that Hanoi's area is larger than 3,348 km2, while Ho Chi Minh City is only about 2,095 km2. In En Wiki had municipalities of 2 city. See here. Can someone help me change the data in the lagest_city section to capital? Vp08122010 (talk) 14:56, 6 February 2024 (UTC)

Citation edit
There is no citation for the first page of this entry. Up until the history subsection there is absolutely no citation. 107.171.251.186 (talk) 06:54, 4 April 2024 (UTC)
- @107.171.251.186 Didn't you see the citations in the etymology section? Per the style guide it's not necessary to have citations in the lede since the information will be repeated in the body anyways. DHN (talk) 08:24, 4 April 2024 (UTC)

- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate.

Edit Request - Water Supply and Sanitation edit
"Most of the country's urban water supply systems have been developed without proper management within the last 10 years." - I think the 10 years is outdated now - but I don't know when this was written. It may need additional references Patate324 (talk) 15:32, 15 April 2024 (UTC)

- Please find Wikipedia:Reliable sources to support your claim. Then we can change this article based on those sources. Regards, Mgnbar (talk) 16:55, 20 April 2024 (UTC)
- First, don't be confused between true buddhism v.s. Vietnamese folk religion which may be misunderstood as buddhism in the Vietnamese context due to its strong association to buddhist culture. Second, the government-made 2019 Vietnamese census (EnglishViet) is the only standard report that we use here, and this extremely-official census only account less than 5 million Vietnamese or less than 5% of the population being buddhist.
Đâu ra cái thông tin 70% người VN theo đạo Phật thế? Đọc Tổng điều tra dân số và nhà ở năm 2019 chưa? đừng có lộn với tín ngưỡng dân gian! Hwi.padam 03:49, 25 April 2024 (UTC)
Only one treaty edit
In the third paragraph at the beginning of the article, it is written: "As a result of the treaties signed between the Viet Minh and France, Vietnam was also separated into two parts". But in reality, Viet Minh only signed ONE treaty with France in the 1954 Geneva Conference, it was an armistice one signed on 21 July 1954 that divided Vietnam into two parts. There was also a joint declaration in the conference but it had no signature. BTGUSB (talk) 21:15, 29 April 2024 (UTC)
