Deliberately US-Centric edit
Not sure why the US grabbed this article. Many, if not most, countries give veteran's pensions. The high level article should describe that and give the history from the Roman legions on. Student7 (talk) 23:40, 12:34, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Military History Task Force Classification edit
This article doesn't appear to really fit in any of the given classifications for the Military History Project. It currently fits in the US task force, but I don't feel it should be there really because I agree with the above unsigned comment that this article shouldn't be only about the US. Suggestions?
