V. amygdalina edit

I was unable to verify the following uncited medical statement through a web search.

"V. amygdalina is well known as a medicinal plant with several uses attributed to it, including for diabetes, and recently a non-pharmaceutical solution to AIDS (taken daily with honey and the freshly squeezed juice of the mashed leaves).[citation needed] Proof of this use is being sought in trials in Abidjan, Ivory Coast starting in December 2006."

Since it was rather old, medical in nature, and relating to a critical health condition I felt the need to alter the statement to include only what I could verify using reliable sources. Peace, Earthdirt 00:38, 12 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
