Removed material taken from party website edit

I've removed material that was taken almost unchanged from the state party website, added by one of the students working on this article. See Talk:Kansas Republican Party for an explanation of why this is a problem and a way around it. I would also recommend looking for sources on the history of the party; information on the platforms is only of limited interest as it rarely varies much from the national platform. For example, Democracy unbound: progressive challenges to the two party system by David Reynolds has some information about internal Vermont politics that might be useful.
