Tipu/Tippu edit
I have no opinion but the article should decide whether to spell the ex-king's name "Tipu" or "Tippu".

Article rating edit
This article has just been re-rated from High-Class to Low-Class, on the grounds that it is "Not a general area of knowledge". While the Vellore rising was a much more localized and short-lived outbreak than the Great Rebellion of 1857, the numbers involved and the political implications do make it a significantly important event in Indian history. As such it is covered or referred to in nearly all modern histories of British rule in India. I suggest that a Mid-Class classification would be the most appropriate one. Any comments?Buistr (talk) 20:00, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
- I set it to what it was until it got "re-rated" in March to a rating that clearly does not agree with the assessment scale. No opinion on whether mid or low is more appropriate. Huon (talk) 22:19, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
