It's an old coat of arms, anyway, Botty me boy. Don't sweat it. German coats of arms are free anyway, and this one's creator has surely been pushing up the daisies well beyond the 70-year limit that would otherwise apply.
But that's as may be...
The image "Bevoelkerung Veldenz.png" has been commented out in this article because the folks over at de:WP won't let anyone upload it to the Commons until it has undergone an "individual review" to determine whether it is suitable for the Commons. If you drop by here, you might like to hop over there and see whether it has passed muster.
