Although the URL "bulletpicker.com" had me worried for a second, it's a site run by a former air force explosive ordinance disposal and Chemical Weapons Convention treaty compliance specialist. I'd expect it'll be around for a while. It's worth looking at the site in general for both chemistry and weapons nerds, there's a quite massive amount of information about fuzes used in what appear to be every kind of land mine used by every country in the history of war, for example. I'm probably exaggerating a bit there. I did change the page number in the reference from V5 to the actual PDF page so it can be jumped to.
