Correct, though it will probably be built. However, by then the name will most likely be "Uppsala Arena", not "Gränby Arena". This is stated on the official web site: www.uppsalaarena.se (in Swedish). The site also refers to on-going talks with officials of the Uppsala Municipality,[1] which are on public record due to the Swedish Freedom of information legislation regarding public access to governmental documents. –Tommy Kronkvist (talk), 16:25, 19 April 2010 (UTC).Reply
