The article, as it stands now, is not about the subcommittee.
Only the first and the last sentence of the introduction are about the subcommittee. The rest of the introduction and the two sections of the article that have text are about the appropriations committee more generally.
It would be great to rewrite the article to discuss how the subcommittee has influenced federal policy. chery (talk) 05:01, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
