Is a joint state school district the same thing as an interstate school district? Apparently forming an interstate school district requires congressional approval, but everything I've read about this district makes it sound like Congress was never involved, just the two states and the federal courts. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 05:50, 7 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
