Peer Review of Article Draft

edit

I think addition of headings and photos would make the article more organized and visually appealing.

It’s good that you’re covering all the theories about why rats use USV before getting into the actual reasoning.

The opening paragraph does a good job of summarizing what will be talked about during the article.

You could organize it using headings like “Classification of Vocalizations” with subheadings for each category then break up the descriptions from one paragraph into these separate headings. Another section could be about the structures involved in producing the sounds (like the larynx and the brain regions you mentioned).

You mention bats a few times, but don’t explain how their vocalizations differ from or are similar to rat vocalizations.

Overall really well done. I didn't notice any spelling/grammar mistakes and I think everything you included was relevant to the topic and there were plenty of citations throughout.

I hope the couple of things I mentioned help you continue to edit your article!

Hey! Great article! I would add some photos. Link terms and examples to other wiki pages. Nothing else really stood out to me! Great draft! Leah P
