Conflicting Information?

The last two parts of the "Design" section have two conflicting time periods during which Unico may / may not have owned the building:

Indented line The building was purchased by JPMorgan Asset Management in August 2006 for a price of $286 million.[8] It was previously owned by Unico who purchased it in 2000 for a price of $165 million. Currently, 92% of the building is occupied.

Indented line On September 9, 2008, LaSalle Investment Management entered a purchase partnership with Unico Properties for $285 million to acquire the building.

"Big Pink" source?

I'm wondering if anyone has any sources for the nickname "Big Pink" coming from an album? The Band wasn't exactly a household name when this building went up, and the name is rather "purely descriptive". Inclusion of "the" before name

In my experience, this building's name is always prefaced by the definite article, "the", within prose text (complete sentences, not in headlines, column headings, titles, etc.) – e.g., "one of Portland's best known buildings is the U.S. Bancorp Tower" – but another editor, Emerson7, has repeatedly deleted "the" before the name in this article in the prose-text sections, such as the very first sentence. He did so in 2011 and three more times within the past two days. I'm moving this disagreement to the talk page to avoid WP:3RR. In his edit summaries when removing it, he has not given any valid reason to support his view, in my opinion. I can offer numerous examples of reliable sources (newspaper articles being the most convenient for this purpose) writing "the U.S. Bancorp Tower" [emphasis added here] in every mention of the building within a sentence, and I'm willing to list some here if necessary, but I should not have to do that. As far as I can recall, I've personally never encountered an instance of someone referring to this building in a full sentence without including "the" before the name (excepting, of course, less common phrasings such as "my U.S. Bancorp Tower office"). And as a resident of Portland, I often read or hear references to this building several times a month, by professionals such as newspaper reporters or television reporters, but Emerson7 has claimed in his edit summaries that this usage is incorrect. Does he also object to writing "the Empire State Building" and "the Eiffel Tower"? This discussion, in any event, is solely about this Portland building and what is the normal, common usage when referring to it. Can we please hear opinions from some other editors? Two months later: I have changed the article back to the true common syntax, in which "the" is always included before the name in sentences and is also acceptable (if not necessarily common) in sentence fragments such as in photo captions. It is obviously still omitted in headings and other very short formats. No one has commented here and Emerson7 has not offered any evidence to support his opinion. I already stated my position above. Big Pink

Is this really the primary topic for "Big Pink"? It might be my UK perspective, but doing a Google search on "Big Pink", five hits refer to the house where Music from Big Pink was recorded; two refer to the electronica duo named after the aforementioned album; none refer to this building.

I'd suggest that Big Pink redirect to Music from Big Pink, with a note pointing back here. TSP (talk) 01:26, 5 October 2017 (UTC)

Actually, on further consideration, I think the house where The Basement Tapes were recorded and Music From Big Pink was written deserves its own article. I've created that as Big Pink, and added a hatnote pointing here and to the electronica duo. TSP (talk) 10:10, 5 October 2017 (UTC)
