Rainfall graphics coming early next week
editIt was just discovered last week that I had missed creating rainfall graphics for this storm, despite thinking I was already back to 1963. This omission should be corrected in the next few days. Thegreatdr (talk) 17:56, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
Doppler radar?
editI changed the text of the article from the redlink of doppler radar to weather radar, as the NWS network was using WSR-57s at the time, which were not doppler sets. The doppler network was used from the early 1990s onward. If a research doppler radar was used in connection with this storm, in which reference is this factoid located? Impact
editNow that the rainfall graphic is produced, at least some impacts outside the state of Florida are known. Thegreatdr (talk) 03:51, 28 August 2009 (UTC)
