There is no legal construct like "fair use" in Germany

German "Urheberrecht" does not know anything about "fair use". Therefore, the use of material under German Urheberrecht (not exactly the same as Copyright!) is forbidden and a crime. --84.141.22.53 (talk) 20:43, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

Not entirely true because german Urheberrecht only regulates copyright in germany but wikipedia.en is not a german website.77.11.169.232 (talk) 12:56, 19 July 2016 (UTC)

Das Traumschiff <> The love boat

There was a wrong information: 'Das Traumschiff' is not the german title to american television series 'The love boat'. 'The love boat' was namend 'Love boat' in german television. 'Das Traumschiff' is a complete different german TV series playing on a german cruise ship with german crew - named 'MS Deutschland'. I've changed it. TomGaribaldi (talk) 12:58, 26 December 2010 (UTC)
