Name change and other needs edit

@JulianMartinezPAU: I changed the title capitalization from Trauma-Informed Mindfulness to Trauma-informed mindfulness to match Wikipedia's standards for the capitalization of article titles. I think, perhaps, a better title might be something like Mindfulness therapy in the treatment of PTSD, Mindfulness training as treatment of PTSD, Mindfulness approaches to PTSD, or something like that; I have no professional knowledge of the topic so I'm just throwing some possibilities out there.

Then the lead and the rest of the article should talk about that therapy, training or approach, rather than about the problem of trauma/PTSD. Please see Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lead section and WP:Encyclopedic style. Thanks to those who have taken the article this far, and I hope that it will be continued to better match Wikipedia's style. SchreiberBike | ⌨  16:40, 30 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
