TootsieToy → Tootsietoy – The name Tootsietoy, without the second capitalized 'T' was used at the very beginning of the company, I believe, but the all lower case form of the name is more representative of the company appellation throughout the decades. I perused Google Images searching several pages down with "Tootsietoy logo", "Tootsietoy label" and "Tootsietoy package". Not one instance was found of "TootsieToy" (with the second capital 'T'. The name appears two different ways on packaging: 1) All caps (TOOTSIETOY), or 2) With first letter capitalized (Tootsietoy). The latter should be the name of the page according to custom Relisted. Possible Name Change edit
I still support the name change the name of this article from TootsieToy to Tootsietoy as per the above reasoning and invite others to support here - so the proposal can be submitted again.--Cstevencampbell (talk) 00:30, 18 December 2012 (UTC)
Why does this page not use <ref>s? edit
Most articles use standard referencing wiki markup. Why does this article have to be different? I see no justification here. David Spector (talk) 19:51, 30 September 2017 (UTC)
