Tony Azito edit

Hi there. I dropped by the article and noted your request for a source for the LGBT Actors category. I've provided a citation from Andrea Olmstead's Juillard: A History, which mentions Azito's cross-dressing right after Houseman's exasperated quest for more "strong, heterosexual boys" in the acting program. Don't know if that's sufficient or not, but, to my knowledge, it's all that's available. Lector 19:08, August 26, 2007 (UTC)

Hm - I'm not sure that's really enough, to tell you the truth. I mean, cross-dressing is quite a bit different than LGB or T. I think we should leave the banner on there until/unless someone can come up with a different source that's more explicit - saying he had a boyfriend/ longtime companion, for instance. Thoughts? -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 04:44, 27 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, the problem here is that Azito's generation of actors isn't yet at the stage of writing memoirs! His sexuality has been discussed matter-of-factly in online forums, but not in any form appropriate for Wikipedia. So the banner probably should stay up. Lector

FedEx Commercials edit

Tony Azito starred in several FedEx TV commercials - usually acting frantically in the background, while John Moschitta speed-talked in the foreground.

An appropriate passage should be added to the article that states this fact.
