"Distinguished Wisconsin Aviator"

Having looked into this award, it is given out at an airshow in Wisconsin, and if there is no airshow, there is no award. It was first given out in 1998 at the Deke Slayton Airfest put on by the EAA, and it seems that Poberezny was the final recipient of the award - I can find no mention of it being given out after 2007. The airshow was cancelled in 2008 for not having a demo team, and again in 2011 due to airport construction. [1] Furthermore, it was scaled back in 2010 "to hold down costs"[2]. Therefore, I have some serious concerns about the real notability of this award, as it does not have the prestige that the title alone would seem to confer, and the continuity is poor.
