Tokusou Robo Janperson was an updated version of Robotto Keiji aka Robot Detective but without any of the charm of the older series. Just as Choujinki Metalder was an update on Jinzo Ningen Kikaida. While Toei does not consider either of the two older series to be Metal Heroes now, I do have an old video covering Metal Heroes which does included clips from Jinzo Ningen Kikada, Kikaida-01 and Robotto Keiji. Robotto Keiji was built by a woman whom the robot calls "Mother" who has a very personal reason for wanting to destroy the evil robots. 69.169.10.135 (talk) 18:40, 19 November 2022 (UTC)
