Nominated for speedy deletion

I was trying to update this when I realized the link to the website, the only source for the article, led to an expired domain. I googled the name of the newspaper in Chinese and found it led to another business that appears linked to this business but is clearly not the same entity. (See Expired Domain explanation below.) Update

Seems a higher editor did not approve the deletion, trying to dig further to find any info about this business. There are a few links in Chinese, but none say more than that it existed. It does not seem to qualify on the basis of notability and without an sources the article does not seem to be verifiable. I will paste links I find here.

Fair use rationale for Image:Today Daily News.jpg

Image:Today Daily News.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Expired website

I will put this question to the help desk but in the meantime have made the decision to delete the larges section of this article. It was a fairly detailed description of the online version of the newspaper. Oddly, the domain seems to have expired and google searches for its Chinese name bring another website as the top result. I suspect this newspaper has changed its name, as the website you end up on is similarly titled (Today Commercial News) and follows the format described for this newspaper. This is what I deleted

The online version of Today Daily News works in a way similar to the “ePaper” version of Oriental Daily News and Apple Daily and is very different from the way most online newspapers work:

• When a visitor visits the web site, the visitor is presented with a text menu for selecting the three publications (the paper, and the two supplements)
• Clicking on one of the three text links gives a GIF thumbnail image of the front page of the paper or supplement.
• Clicking the image leads to a new page with GIF thumbnail images of each of the major sections.
• Clicking any of the thumbnails of a section leads to a new page with GIF thumbnail images of each of the pages in that section.
• Finally, clicking the thumbnail image of any page leads to a new page containing an image of that page, consisting of 9 JPEG sub-images.

In other words, the online version of Today Daily News aims to give the visitor an experience comparable to reading a printed newspaper.

The way the online version works presents a number of accessibility problems:

• There is no search function;
• It is not possible to read the paper with text-based browsers (nor with screen readers, but screen readers for Chinese are not known to exist);
• Search engines will not be able to index the news stories reported by Today Daily News;
• It would not be understood by people who can only read simplified Chinese (who normally would be able to benefit from third-party utilities like NJStar, which can convert traditional Chinese text into simplified Chinese on the fly).

Nevertheless, some users like this format and cites a number of advantages:

• It feels like reading a real paper;
• It is possible to look up advertisements, which is sometimes helpful. Advertisers can also add hyperlink to their website.
