Tibetan Festivals → Tibetan festivals – In titles, the convention is that after the first word, subsequent words are to be lowercase unless they are proper nouns, and "Festivals" is not a proper noun in this case. A requested move had to be filed because Tibetan festivals already exists as a redirect. Quigley (talk) 22:14, 27 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
I can't seem to find the proper place to put my view so I thought I should add it here. I strongly agree - and I don't think it should be controversial, after all, WP policy is to have lower case on the econd word as User Quigley says. Cheers, John Hill (talk) 22:42, 27 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
