She is left-handed, and perfers to use left hand in various activities such as holding chopstick.^[1] She holds guitar the right-handed way^[2], presumably because of the fact that the number of left-handed guitar available is far less than that of right-handed guitar. ^[3]

Sorry, but I really don't consider any of this to be encyclopedic. It may be a fact that she is left handed (although there is no source cited that says so in as many words), but to draw conclusions about her preferences based on observation violates WP:OR.
