This article is in good shape, albeit very brief, but that is understandable given he died in the war. A few points:

  • there is a bit in the Pedersen bio that could be added, in particular a few extra details of his life and service, including where he went to school and his band interests
  • Done. I had thought the band information a little tenuous to add which is why it wasn't in there in the first place. Zawed (talk) 05:52, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • link 2nd Brigade, Fleurbaix and Messines
  • AIF is overlinked in the lead, 1st Division in the body
  • Have removed the dupelines. Zawed (talk) 05:52, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • his war record on the National Archives of Australia may have some useful material[1]
  • Have added a couple of things from that. Zawed (talk) 05:52, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • not sure about the image licensing, specifically the US PD tag which requires publication info
  • Have deleted that USPD tag. Zawed (talk) 05:52, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • Suggest the best Aust licence would be {{PD-AustraliaGov}}, then you don't need a US licence for Commons. Cheers, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 07:20, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • Thanks for that, have updated image licence. Cheers, Zawed (talk) 21:17, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
  • it would be good to add some info on the casualties the 8th Bn suffered in its stint at Pozieres to place his death in context. Bean would have that info.
  • Another source had the casualty figures, so have added. Zawed (talk) 05:52, 10 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Otherwise, this is good to go. Placing on hold for the above to be addressed. Cheers, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 04:52, 27 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
