Pronounciation

Theydon Bois, pronounced as ryhming with Boys or Choice? I always thought it was the latter, and the tube announcements back this up. --Nik 20:18, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

I grew up in Essex, and I always heard it pronounced as 'Boys'.109.157.226.38 (talk) 22:36, 19 April 2012 (UTC)

I grew up in the local area and never heard it said as Boyce, but always Boys. I also worked for the railway - mispronunciations are common - the on board train computer announces other stations as 'Naresbrook', 'playstow' and "Highg'te'. AsparagusTips (talk) 06:36, 24 May 2017 (UTC)

'Location grid' tab should be removed

In my opinion, the 'Location grid' tab should be removed as in my opinion it is pointless having an empty tab within the article. Xboxsponge15 (talk) 12:45, 21 July 2020 (UTC)

About the pubs (section)

It seems that the only reference in that section only refers to the Theydons. It'd be better if the other three could get references of their own. In particular, the Sixteen Street Jack would need an article that mentions when exactly in 2016 did it close. A detail that specified Theydons closed in *October* 2011 had to be removed for the sake of consistency—it would be better if both of those years had months attached.
