In accordance with WP:COMMONNAME this article should be titled Colonel Theepan not Velayuthapillai Baheerathakumar. The Google search results for the two are:

• Velayuthapillai Baheerathakumar 1,090 results

In such case why did you uncontested and support the move Balraj to Kandiah Balasegaran ?

• moved Balraj to Balasegaram Kandiah: real name by Kanatonian
• moved Balasegaram Kandiah to Kandiah Balasegaran: correct name by Obi2canibe
