I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Did they really break up? edit
I know we don't use YouTube videos as citations, but I just recently saw Rose and Jen on a YouTube video playing at a club in Brooklyn... from August 2012! And there have been quite a few other videos of The Softies are far more recent performances. --DanTD 21:46, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
- Good catch. They did break up, but do seem to be playing a few shows this year. I've added a line to the article about it. This tour appears just to be a one-off thing, though, so I would not say that they are back together as a band, unless we hear further. --Hobbes Goodyear (talk) 13:04, 3 September 2012 (UTC)
