Format edit

Hello all. I had previously edited this page and those of 8 similar series by putting the book information into sortable tables. I think a table format makes it much easier to parse out all the information (main character, location, date, author) rather than having it in one long line. Making it sortable also makes it easier for users if someone wanted to have the list in chronological order (in-story), read ones that take place in a certain location, or read ones by a certain author. The only page still in table format is Mon Histoire if you would like to look at it for an example. I was just wondering what the reasoning was for undoing all the tables since I believe they make the information more accessible.
Also, what was the reason for removing many other diary-style historical fiction series from the See Also section?
I hope I don't sound petulant that my edits were undone; though I spent a lot of time making the edits, I did it all because I thought it would make things easier to use. I just want to understand the reasoning for going back to the old format. Tay (talk) 04:01, 10 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
