Public Domain? edit

As far as I know, the film has never been in the "Public Domain" and Studio Canal aquired the rights from EMI well before 2005. The film has been previously released on DVD outside of the USA (e.g. in France in 2005), so I think either that information should be included, or the reference to the US release removed. I've removed the statement that the film is currently in the Public Domain, as the US Copyright Office lists the film as having it's US rights restored (see document dated 22/Aug/1997). Davepattern 17:20, 16 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
