Tiny citation problem

Do the page numbers in footnotes 5 & 6 refer to the 1982 edition or the more recent edition? If they refer to the more recent edition, these footnotes should be changed. (Right now, they link to nothing because they are looking for a citation of the 1982 edition ... ) If they refer to the 1982 edition, then would you mind removing the Harv template and just format them by hand? It's the 1994 edition. I've adjusted the footnotes, and removed the links, which, as you say, are not really necessary. Thanks for that. --Bruce1ee^talk 10:17, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
