I've found it somewhat difficult to find the requested references. The information is generally available in the many magazine pieces on Jackson. But, other than the websites listed here or on the page for The Land Institute, its difficult to find online sources for this information. And the one extensive scholarly piece on The Land Institute is an unpublished dissertation.
