Possibly because of gender identity questions it might raise. Perhaps it is because the boyfriend of the hot chick eventually recognizes her in the wrong body but cannot bring himself to kiss her in mans body. (Linked article makes comparisons to the film Prelude to a Kiss (film) which might be worth noting.) Unless someone adds some relevant material with references, I would seriously consider removing the tag.
