colored sky edit

Does anybody think that at least mentioning the different colord universes is a fact worth including in the article? I think that disputed content should not be deleted but moved to the discussion page before deletion. ALso, removing another editors contents should not be marked at minor.

Name of the Paradox edit

Is there the name of the paradox that is shown at the end. That the box container their universe was pulled nito their universe. Therefore the box they have in their universe contains their universe. Sort of like an infinite loop.

- Do Until(1==0)

The Fermi Paradox edit

It seems more likely that the episode title refers to the Fermi Paradox than the explanation given in the article. Futurama episode titles usually include some alliteration or assonance with the words of the original title. Although the Fermi Paradox is less closely related to the episode than the epr paradox, it's better known in popular culture, making it a more likely choice for popular media. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.234.164.188 (talk) 05:49, 2 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Goof? edit

"When Leela flips a coin to decide if she should look in the box, she hits it on her wrist and then raises her hand, but the coin disappears." I've checked on the dvd several times, and I haven't been able to find when it happens. Lyynn 06:44, 20 May 2007 (UTC) I think that it is not a goof; Leela takes the coin with a hand before raising her arms. (Danile53 02:58, 23 May 2007 (UTC))Reply

Second Universe Name edit

Wait a minute, I saw this episode recently. And the second universe was distinctly called "Universe B", and not "Universe 1" as this page sugests. As a matter of fact Fry from "Universe A" makes the comment "This place has more of a B feel". Sarujo 04:58, 17 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Universe A Leela suggested calling the two universes "Universe A" and "Universe B", but the Universe 1 characters objected to that name. "Universe 1" was the name that stuck. Wanderer32 07:22, 17 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
"All right, you can be crummy Universe A, and we'll be Universe 1." --CCFreak2K 03:08, 27 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Phil Ochs Reference edit

Just before Fry and Leela from Universe 1 leave, Fry from Universe A says, "there but for the flip of a coin go you and I." This is extremely similar to the last line of the song "There but for fortune" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/There_but_for_Fortune_%28song%29) which ends with the line "There but for fortune go you and I." Moreover, given the consistent references to folk music, I highly suspect that this is in fact an intentional reference to the song. If anyone can find any reliable source making this claim, it is my opinion that it should be added to the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.80.186.130 (talk) 08:26, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
