Nominated for deletion, NPOV issues edit
This article was nominated for deletion by Norvoid, who also raised concerns elsewhere about the content of the article. AfD is not to address NPOV issues, so it will be kept, but the NPOV concerns do need to be addressed. @Norvoid: it's not usually helpful to throw around legal terms like "libel", although it's fine to point out that e.g. it looks like The Times indicates it has received legal complaints for its coverage. Wikipedia, however, reports on what reliable sources say, and The Times is typically considered a reliable source. I did a little bit of article cleanup to remove some unsourced statements, questionable language, etc. but could you detail the specific concerns you have and how you would fix them? You could also try rewriting the article yourself. Just remember that the article should reflect what the body of reliable sources say about a subject -- reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject.
I'll also note that it looks like much of what is contentious about this article is contentious as an extension of the Federation of Islamic Organizations in Europe article. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 20:39, 11 December 2015 (UTC)
- Also, I see you removed the list of trustees on WP:BLP grounds. I haven't quite figured all of this out yet, but when there's doubt it's usually best to err on the side of removing potentially contentious material about BLPs until consensus can be found via discussion. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 20:44, 11 December 2015 (UTC)
