Summary edit
I have written an extended plot summary for the novel. It would be interesting to add it perhaps some additional historical detail about seventeenth century Amsterdam and its Jewish community during this period. Ivankinsman (talk) 20:19, 24 December 2009 (UTC)

Additional critical reception edit
There are some review snippets at the author's website. If someone wants to go track down the reviews these come from, that might give some more material for the "critical reception" - I wouldn't use the blurbs selected by the author, but the whole reviews might prove useful. -Kenirwin/(talk) 14:01, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
