Theme Melody from Pokemon 2000

I recently watched the movie on IFC for their friday the 13th showing of grindhouse programing block. 6/13/08

well i was listening in and i noticed that the theme's melody is the same as Lugia's Song on Pokemon 2000. The only difference is the instrument used to play it. I think this is worth noting.Yami (talk) 15:55, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

Hysteria Lives

@Andrzejbanas: I've also wondered about whether or not Hysteria Lives qualifies as a reliable source; I know that the webmaster Justin Kerswell is a published author (The Slasher Movie Book) so that certainly counts for something (that book at the very least would qualify as reliable), and their offshoot podcast, The Hysteria Continues, occasionally features interview segments with cast/crew which I also think are worthy of providing some firsthand background information/perspective. The website also has some written interview pieces as well. I do have the impression that the information on there is fairly well-researched, though I'm not entirely sure if it aligns with what Wikipedia considers "reliable." I suppose we could also ask what makes it an unreliable source—not to challenge your question, but it's also worth evaluating when considering whether or not it should be used here. --Drown Soda (talk) 06:43, 28 May 2023 (UTC)

Thanks for tagging @Drown Soda:. I'm still leaning towards probably not. Per interviews they may have with cast or crew, WP:BLPSELFPUB might come into play. As a podcast on its own, it's a self-published podcast, which would be like citing amateur radio or a youtube video as a source. Kerswell is a podcaster who happened to write a book, not like lets say Kim Newman, who does interviews and audio commentaries, but is a critic and film historian first. Screenings as "Cropsy"
