I don’t think Rick Jones’ song should be called an “Anglicised version” of the music, as the song wasn’t a version of anything. It was an entirely original composition for the English-language series; the original French series used a martial-sounding march as its theme, without lyrics, and likewise this music didn’t appear in the English broadcasts.
