Picture

Someone needs to LEGITIMATELY upload a good picture of her. I would do it myself (and I've tried) but the vast amount of rules, restrictions, and technicalities constantly baffles me. The job needs to be done by someone who completely understands the legal boundaries of Wikipedia's picture policy. I have a two suggestions if they're possible to be used:
