Accuracy

This article seems horribly inaccurate. For starters, there is zero coverage of the version of this song by Sami Jo, which was a hit years before Fricke recorded it. Also, it could use some cleanup. GassyGuy 09:27, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

You could be wrong. There are many songs called "Tell Me a Lie", which are not the same versions as Janie Fricke's. I suggest you look for more information on the situation. Chrzcline1961 20:09, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

I looked it up. The lyrics are the same. Tell Me A Lie - Sami Jo Tell Me A Lie - Janie Fricke:

"Later covered by such disparate acts as soul singer Bettye Lavette, German artist Tina Rainford and country star Janie Fricke, the song told the story of a lonely woman who meets a man in a bar and reveals to him the kinds of lies some men tell their one-night stands." - article about Sami Jo referring to "Tell Me A Lie"

Are you people that stupid not to put it in the article? If it can be proven, it in the article! Don't just complian about it for the rest of your lives!
