Nuevo Tiempo is a national station because it's present in:

Antofagasta, Viña del Mar / Valparaíso Santiago Concepción Los Ángeles Temuco Punta Arenas (soon)

so it should be added to national wide stations

Chilean satellite subscribers receives a few television networks/channels from neighboring countries (Argentina, Bolivia and Peru) and trans-regional satellite feeds (CNC Colombia, Telesur Venezuela, Televisa Mexico, SIN Spain and Telemundo & Univision/Galavision from the U.S.), and even six networks not in Spanish from Europe, one from Japan and one from Australia. Some satellite services offer the four US major networks, but TV Chile is also available in North America and western Europe. The rise of cable television in Chile follows that of every country, like MTV Latino, Fox Sports espanol and TBN christian channel are available in Chile.63.3.14.1 18:59, 12 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

The quality of television in Chile is relatively good and among the best in the Americas, in part of the limited state ownership and high move towards privatization. Latin American television is a late bloomer, in fact color TV signals did not appear until the late 1970s. + 71.102.11.193 (talk) 09:55, 12 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
