Not first Linear Tracker with direct drive. edit
If the Technics SL-10 was released in 1981, then it is definitely not the first linear tracking turntable with direct drive. My Pioneer PL-L1000 is a 1979 model, and it was the successor to the 1978 Pioneer PL-L1, also direct drive and with a linear tracking tonearm. http://www.thevintageknob.org/pioneer-PL-L1.html http://www.thevintageknob.org/pioneer-PL-L1000.html Nowater57 (talk) 02:04, 7 January 2023 (UTC)
